Dips is another strength building exercise that you would do very well performing.

Dips develop the chest, the triceps, the shoulders, the traps, etc.

With dips, you bring your body down using a bar and then you pull yourself up. This helps to make you strong and much more flexible.

Similar to chin ups, you can also perform weighted dips to help make the exercise much more challenging.


They say that squats is the king of ALL exercises, and well… they are right.

Squats help to develop your entire lower body. After consistently performing squats, expect to see your thighs, calves, hamstrings, etc grow stronger and get bigger.

Performing squats is also a great way to naturally increase your testosterone which will ultimately help to build you more muscle.

And for the final exercise…

Bench Press

Every man, whether you are a gym rat or not has heard of the bench press and usually understands the basic gist of the exercise.

The bench press helps to build mass all in your chest, arms, shoulders, pecs, and many other places indirectly.

Performing this exercise and movement on a consistent basis is a great way to really develop your upper body strength and build mass in your upper body.

If you are really looking to pack on some size and bulk up, then it is best to perform this exercise HEAVY in the 5-8 rep range. If you are aiming more to get ripped, then performing this exercise in the 8-12 rep range will really do your body wonders.
