How to Be a Strong Man
Men respect strong men.
People automatically listen to what a strong man has to say. That’s because all people in general respect strong men.
And if you are reading this article then I already know that you are interested in learning how to be a strong man.
And there are two (2) parts to being a strong man: The physical aspect of being strong and the mental aspect of what it takes to be a strong man.
And in this article I am going to show you the secrets on how to be a strong man at BOTH.
How to Be a Strong Man (Physically)
Listen, despite what any guy tries to tell you, every man desires to be STRONG.
No man wants to be weak. No man wants to get bullied. No man wants to be unable to lift or bench press his own body weight.
EVERY man desires to be physically strong. As men, all we really care about is being in good physical shape.
Not to mention that women LOVE to date and have sex with men who are physically strong. Men who can lead and be decisive. Men who possess the physical stamina to sexually please a woman in bed.
So how do you actually get physically strong?
Lifting weights, eating healthy, and staying physically fit.
If you want to get strong then you MUST lift heavy weights. You must push yourself to the point of failure and never stop. You must push your body to it’s absolute limit and past it’s comfort zone.
One easy way to get very strong lifting weights is to focus on using free weights 100% of the time and trying to lift heavier weights during each workout session.
This forces your body to adapt to the stress and workload from the weights (which is the cause of hypertrophy and muscle growth). This also causes you to become mentally stronger as well because you will teach your mind to learn how to endure and not to quit.
Eating healthy is another aspect to getting strong. You must eat healthy nutritious food (make sure to get an adequate amount of protein) if you want your body to grow bigger and stronger.
And of course the last aspect of getting physically stronger is staying physically fit. This means jogging and getting your heart beat pumping. This means being able to run fast and have incredible endurance as well.
All of these aspects helps to make a man physically STRONG. And a man who is strong is attractive to women. Not to mention that becoming more physically strong helps to build your confidence as well which again is also, very attractive to women.
How to Be a Strong Man (Mentally)
Being a strong man mentally is all about training your mind to become unbreakable and mentally stronger day in and day out.
Being a strong man means teaching yourself to never give up no matter what the circumstances are.
Being a strong man means teaching yourself that HARD work and SMART work is the KEY to success in life.
Being a strong man means having self-discipline to work endlessly towards achieving and accomplishing your goals.
Being a strong man means learning about personal sacrifice and working hard NOW so that you can reap all of the benefits and rewards LATER.
Being a strong man means never taking rejection from a girl too personal because you know that dating is simply a Number’s Game.
Being a strong man means never whining or complaining and instead deciding to work your ass off to improve your life.
Being a strong man means not letting a woman’s fleeting emotions and actions get to you.
Being a strong man means becoming a man who is non-reactive and outcome independent.
Being a strong man means becoming a man who is self-reliant and self-sufficient.
How to Be a Strong Man
One of the reasons why I constantly stress for men to lift weights and get into fitness is due to the fact that working out helps men to become more mentally stronger.
Working out and pushing your body to its absolute limit builds character and helps men to develop better self-discipline which is what you NEED if you want to be successful in ALL areas of your life.
If a man can transform his body from weak to strong then he will soon after realize that he ALSO has the capabilities to transform himself from a beta male to an alpha male, a poor man to a rich man, a man who is unsuccessful with women to a man who gets nothing BUT lot’s of success with women.
Being a strong man first starts in your MIND and it soon after radiates throughout your entire body. If you can visualize yourself getting stronger, then you will eventually BECOME much more stronger.
So take the time to join a gym, lift some weights, and get stronger. You do that, and watch your success in the gym manifest into other areas of your life.
